To encourage and exhort men to become Christian mentors for young people through Christian guidance, instruction and leadership (live the word through exemplary roles and lifestyles).
To teach the Christian body how to witness effectively for Jesus Christ.
To guide the youth in sharing their faith comfortably in environments outside of the church congregation including schools, colleges, organizations, etc.
